压滤机传动机构改造方案

摘    要:为了降低压滤机传动机构的故障率,通过对传动机构运转过程、损坏情况分析,确定了传动系统发生故障的原因,并提出了将传动轴轴直径由50 mm改为65 mm,增加承受扭矩的能力;将链轮改为双键槽增加连接强度;在链传动从动轮外侧加瓦座支撑,消除轴颤动现象;将链条更换为28A-1,节距为44.45 mm、滚子直径25.4 mm,增加抗拉强度等措施,成功的解决压滤机拉板传动系统经常发生事故的情况,降低工人的劳动强度,提高压滤机开机率,减少细煤泥处理系统对生产的制约,还减少了对链条、链轮、传动轴的更换周期,创造良好的经济和社会效益。

Abstract:To reduce the failure rate of transmission gear in pressure filter,the author determines the failure causes by analysis of the operation process and damage of transmission gear and proposes the transformation scheme of changing the shaft diameter from 50 mm to 65 mm to increase the bearing torque capacity,substituting double-key groove for chain wheel to increase the joint strength,adding sliding bearing from the outer side of driving wheel to eliminate the shaft flutter and replacing with type-28A-1 chain with 44.45 mm pitch and 25.4 mm roller diameter to increase the tensile strength,which can reduce the labour intensity,increase the operation rate and reduce the replacement cycle of chain,chain wheel and shaft with good economic and social benefits.
