穿层高压水力冲孔造穴增透消突技术探讨

摘    要:为了实现煤巷高效安全掘进,在玉溪煤矿中央辅助运输大巷进行了穿层高压水力冲孔造穴技术试验。试验结果表明,水力冲孔造穴对煤层瓦斯快速抽采和煤层卸压消突效果显著,钻孔抽采瓦斯量提高了7到15倍,冲出的软煤达到2~2.5 t。

Abstract:In order to realize the efficient and safe operation of coal roadway excavation,the penetrating high-pressure hydraulic-punching-flushing-in-hole technology test was carried out in the central auxiliary transportation roadway of Yuxi Colliery,whose results shows that the rapid gas drainage and pressure-relief outburst elimination in coal seam can be achieved with an increase of gas drainage by 7 to 15 times and soft coal output up to 2 to 2.5 tons.
