段王煤矿综放工作面煤层自燃防治技术探讨

摘    要:通过分析段王煤矿090507工作面自燃特点,采取以采空区注浆防灭火为主,喷洒阻化剂、采空区注氮防灭火为辅,并利用束管监测系统及人工对采空区及回风隅角的一氧化碳、烷烃和烯烃类气体进行监测,工作面回采开始到密闭以后整个生产周期内未出现火情,巷道未出现局部高温点,工作面得到了顺利安全的回采。

Abstract:By analyzing the spontaneous combustion characteristics of 090507 face in Duanwang Colliery,the author proposes that the prevention and control of coal seam spontaneous combustion should be based on grouting in the goaf to prevent and extinguish the fire,with spraying of inhibitors and nitrogen injection in the goaf as the supplementary method,and the beam tube monitoring system and its manual be used to monitor the carbon monoxide,alkane and olefin gas in the goaf and return corner,which ensures the smooth and safe recovery of the working face.
