摘    要:宏远煤矿150203综采工作面顶板为坚硬砂岩、石灰岩,采面过断层时采煤机需要截割顶板坚硬岩层,造成采煤机磨耗严重、难以切割等问题;150203采面过断层,决定采用松动爆破辅助技术过断层;对掏槽孔爆破以及无掏槽孔爆破两种松动爆破方式对比分析,最终优选两级斜孔掏槽松动爆破方式;现场应用表明,采用该松动爆破技术可以有效对坚硬砂岩、石灰岩进行松动,爆破时几乎无飞矸产生,保障了爆破点附近的刮板输送机、液压支架及其他机电设备的安全,提高了采煤机破岩效率,应用取得显著效果。

Abstract:Aiming at severe wear and difficult cutting of shearer in cutting roof rock strata during crossing fault at 150203 fully-mechanized working face of Hongyuan Colliery,the author proposes the assistant technology of loose blasting with two-stage inclined-hole cuts in crossing fault,which can effectively loosen the hard sandstone and limestone with no flying gangue,guarantee the safety of scrapper conveyor,hydraulic support and other mechanical equipment at blasting points and increase the rock breaking efficiency of shearer.
