煤巷综掘工作面附壁风筒封闭式除尘系统应用

摘    要:为解决一采区轨道巷综掘工作面粉尘问题,应用了附壁风筒封闭式除尘系统。检测结果表明:封闭式除尘系统可实现与掘进机的同步推进,具有体积小、易操作、寿命长、成本低、能耗小的特点;应用后,掘进机司机作业点全尘浓度下降了9&7%,呼吸性粉尘浓度下降了98.2%。

Abstract:In order to solve the dust problem in the excavation face of track roadway in a mining area,the enclosed dust removal system with wall air duct was applied.The test results show that the closed dust removal system can realize synchronous propulsion with the roadheader,which has the characteristics of small size,easy operation,long life,low cost and small energy consumption.After the application,the total dust concentration at the driving point of the roadheader decreased by 98.7%and the respirable dust concentration decreased by 98.2%.
