预应力锚杆在辛置煤矿复合顶板巷道中的应用

摘    要:为保障10-430B工作面回采巷道复合顶板围岩的稳定,根据复合顶板的具体特征,通过分析预紧力在复合顶板中的分布规律及预紧力与预紧扭矩之间的关系,确定锚杆预紧扭矩为400 N·m,并结合复合顶板特征进行高预应力锚杆支护参数设计,在复合顶板巷道采用高预应力锚杆支护后进行巷道表面位移的观测,以验证支护效果。结果表明:10-430B1巷道采用高预应力锚杆支护后,巷道掘进期间顶底板及两帮的最大变形量分别为143 mm和203 mm,保障了复合顶板巷道围岩的稳定。

Abstract:To ensure the stability of the composite roof of the surrounding rock of the mining roadway in 10-430B working face,based on the specific characteristics of the composite roof, the article determines that the bolt preload torque is 400N·m and designs parameters of the high prestressed anchor support by analysing the distribution of the preload force in the composite roof and the relationship between the preload force and the preload torque, which guarantees the stability of the surrounding rock of the composite roof roadway.
