27SiMn液压支架用无缝钢管热处理工艺研究

摘    要:文章研究了不同调质工艺对27SiMn液压支架用无缝钢管力学性能的影响。结果表明,在580~680℃温度范围内回火,随着回火温度升高,27SiMn试验钢的屈服强度和抗拉强度逐渐下降,冲击功和延伸率呈上升趋势;在610~630℃回火时,综合力学性能满足用户技术协议要求,批量化生产,性能稳定。

Abstract:In the paper,the effects of different hardening and tempering technologies on mechanical properties of 27SiMn seamless steel tube for hydraulic support are studied.The results showed that the yield strength and tensile strength of 27SiMn test steel were gradually decreasing as well as its impact work and elongation were on the rise with temper temperature increased within the range of 580~680℃;the comprehensive mechanical properties could meet the requirements of user’s technology agreement,batch production was realized and performances were stable when temper temperature was 610~630℃.
