微型硬盘抗冲击振动主动控制装置中簧片结构的改进与优化设计

摘    要:针对某微型硬盘抗冲击振动主动控制装置中的簧片结构所存在的缺陷,考虑设计要求,提出一种改进设计.同时以簧片的长度、宽度、厚度和圆角半径为设计变量,分别以簧片所承受的最大平均应力和产生的最大纵向位移为目标函数,对改进后的结构进行优化设计.簧片性能获得明显改善.

Abstract:Considering the defects of spring plate structure used in the active control device resisting shock and vibration for miniature disks,an improved design is accomplished in accordance with the design criteria.An optimization design for the improved structure is also presented,which is based on the design variables of the spring's length,width,thickness and fillet radius,the object function of the maximum average stress exerted on the spring and the maximum horizontal displacement.Nice improvement has been ac...
