摘 要: | 核心竞争力是现代企业竞争的优势,中小企业可以从两个方面进行培养:一是通过集中资源、提升企业执行能力、树立品牌形象、促进品牌营销、重视创新和人力资源开发与管理等工作进行核心能力的内扩张;另一方面,通过利用产业集群和企业联盟等方式,进行核心能力的外扩张。

Abstract: | Core competence is the advantage of the modem corporation in competition. Medium and small size corporations should foster and enhance their core competence. They should focus on both inside and outside through merging all the resources, execution, brand, innovation, human resource, industry colony and alliance to foster the core competence. |
