摘    要:利用高效液相色谱法测定5种月饼样品中的3种常见防腐剂苯甲酸、山梨酸和脱氢乙酸的含量。样品经提取、脱蛋白、膜过滤后,用高效液相色谱进行测定。结果表明,3种防腐剂的测定线性相关性均在0.99以上,检测线性范围为10μg/mL~200μg/mL。该方法应用于5种月饼中苯甲酸、山梨酸和脱氢乙酸的测定结果表明,5种样品均检出山梨酸,3种样品检出有脱氢乙酸,均未检出苯甲酸。

Abstract:Three common kinds of antimicrobial reagents in mooncakes,benzoic acid,sorbic acid and dehydroacetic acid,were determined with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).After extracting,removal of proteins and membrane filtration,samples were tested with HPLC.The experimental results showed that the determination of linear correlation of these three antimicrobial reagents were above 0.99 with the linear detection range at 10 μg/mL~200 μg/mL.After testing the contents of benzoic acid,sorbic acid and dehydroacetic acid in five kinds of mooncakes by this method,the results demonstrated that all of these samples contained sorbic acid,three of samples contained dehydroacetic acid,and no samples contained benzoic acid.
