荣卡多原油混炼巴士拉、沙中原油制取A级沥青试验研究

摘    要:巴士拉、沙中原油均属高硫低酸中间基中质原油,是广州石化用于单炼生产直馏沥青的原油品种,而荣卡多原油属含硫高酸环烷基重质原油,不适合单炼.利用荣卡多原油,分别与巴士拉、沙中原油进行混炼,制取直馏沥青试验,并考察沥青的性质.试验结果表明:两种原油之间具有互补性,克服了单一原油生产沥青的缺点.荣卡多与巴士拉原油以1.1∶1混合得到的大于530℃渣油,针入度指数不符合70号沥青要求,其他考察项目均符合70号A级沥青指标;荣卡多与巴士拉原油以1∶2.5混合得到的大于530℃渣油,针入度指数只符合90号B级沥青要求,其他考察项目均符合90号A级沥青指标;荣卡多与沙中原油以1∶1.7比例混合得到的大于530℃渣油,所考察项目均符合70号A级沥青指标;荣卡多与沙中原油以1∶2.5混合得到的大于530℃渣油,所考察项目均符合90号A级沥青指标.

Abstract:Basra and Saudi Arabian middle crude oils are high-sulfur,low-acid intermediate crude oils and are used by Sinopec Guangzhou Company in the production of straight asphalt.Roncador crude oil is not suitable for use as a single feed in the production of asphalt as it is a sulfur-containing,high-acid heavy naphthenic crude.This article describes an experiment of using the mixture of Basra or Saudi Arabia Middle and Roncador crude oils to produce straight asphalt and examines the properties of the asphalt produced.The results of the experiment show that the two crudes complement each other in properties and that as a result,the drawbacks in asphalt production based on a single crude feed can be overcome.Except that the penetration index of the residue at a temperature higher than 530℃ produced by blending Roncador and Basra crudes in a ratio of 1.1∶1 did not meet the requirements for #70 asphalt,all the other items examined met the standards for #70 Class A asphalt products.The penetration index of the residue at a temperature higher than 530℃ produced by blending Roncador and Basra crudes in a ratio of 1∶2.5 only met the requirements for #90 Class B asphalt products and all other items examined met the requirements for #90 Class A asphalt.All the items of the residue,at a temperature higher than 530℃,produced by blending Roncado and Saudi Arabia Middle crudes in a ratio of 1∶17 met the requirements for #70 Class A asphalt and those of the residue produced by blending Roncado and Saudi Arabia Middle in a ratio of 1∶2.5 all met the requirements for #90 Class A asphalt.
