| Abstract: | Based on a systematic analysis of an unexpected power outage of a plant and review on the operational states of the DC power supply system, the misunderstanding of the use of the miniature circuit breakers and the fuses have been clarified. The measures to improve the system reliability have been put forward, including elimination of inappropriate automatic tripping protection attached to the critical circuits. |
