| 摘 要： | 为提高钢液的纯洁度，设计了ＣａＯ质充床新型过滤器，为了优化填充结构建立了一维数学模型，并进行了工业试验。试验结果：过滤效率达到２２％以上，不仅能去除Ａｌ２Ｏ３夹杂，还能去除部分硅酸盐。

| Abstract: | The present paper provided a new idea of using a CaO packed bed filter in the tundish during C-C process. Commercial trials were made in Maanshan Iron and Steel Ltd.by using this kind of filter and satisfactory results were obtaine.Aone-dimensional mathematic model was established for the calcalation of the filter efficiency. |
