汽轮机通流部分故障诊断模型的研究

摘    要:本文提出了汽轮机通流部分的故障诊断模型。文中介绍了汽轮机调节闹闹杆断落、喷咀磨损、叶片断阻塞静叶、通流部分结垢、通流部分团体颗粒磨损、汽缸进水、大轴弯曲、动静元件轴向碰摩、蒸汽振荡和真空恶化等10种故障的特征信号、征兆和诊断规则。文中给出了基于可靠性理论的故障诊断模型,以及这10种故障发生概率的计算公式和一些应用实例。

Abstract:This paper presents some fault diagnosis models for steam turbine blading components. The paper describes the characteristic signa1s, symptoms and rules for diagnosing the following 10 kinds of failures: downdrop of fractured control valve steams, nozzle abrasion,diaphragms plugged by fractured blades, blade fouling, blading erosion by solid particles, water induction, rotor deformation, axial rubbing between rotating and stationary parts,steam whirl of turbine and vacuum deteri oration. Diagnosis medels based on the theory of reliability are given together with formulas for calculating the failure proba bility of the above mentioned 10 kinds of failures as well as some practical examples.
