Abstract:The key problem in the synthesis of the controller design for active DC filters(ADF) in DC side of converter station is to obtain the mathematical models of controlled device. It is difficult to obtain the dynamic models of converters, overlong overhead HVDC lines and passive filters in audio frequency. For this reason, based on identification technology the estimate model parameters of controlled device in ADF are presented in this paper. Simulation results show that this approach to obtain device models is feasible and effective.
