| 摘 要： | 分析了B2B电子商务对传统价值链的影响，比较了物理价值链和虚拟价值链之间的异同，运用“协作－交易模型”来分析模拟价值链转移过程的参与实体间的关系，在此基础上建立了价值链整合，转移过程的企业价值网络模型，最后建立了基于Petri网的IPR－PN模型来对价值链迁移进行仿真分析。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the impact of B2B e-commerce on the traditional value chain, discusses the meaning of virtual value chain, compares the difference between the physical value chain and the virtual value chain, explores the immigration path and steps from the physical value chain to the virtual value chain based on the collaboration-transaction model and value network model. To emulate the immigration process, IPN_PN Model is developed. Future study of the virtual value chain in B2B e-commerce is also discussed. |
