复合钙钛矿型介质陶瓷材料的研究进展

摘    要:将复合钙钛矿型介质陶瓷材料分成铅系和无铅系两大类,分别讨论了它们的研究进展,结果表明:采用高活性原料及两步固相合成法、湿化学等方法制备铅系复合钙钛矿材料,可以有效抑制铅挥发及杂相的出现,得到单相钙钛矿相;无铅型复合钙钛矿材料性能主要由不同的A或B位离子复合决定,并通过采用湿化学方法得到改善。目前,纳米级钙钛矿陶瓷材料的制备和研究正引起越来越多人的兴趣。

Abstract:Research progresses of complex perovskite dielectric ceramics of lead and lead free type were systematically reviewed. The results show that lead based materials of single phase perovskite can be synthesized using high active raw materials and two-stage solid phase method or wet-chemical methods to suppress lead volation and additional phases; the properties of lead free perovskite materials are mainly controlled by ions in A or B sites, and can be modified by wet-chemical synthesis. Now, preparations and studies of nanosized perovskite ceramics are attracting more and more attentions.
