| 摘 要： | 提出了闭环供应链概念模型,分析了闭环供应链管理的内涵;阐述了闭环供应链管理的特点;针对目前缺乏对闭环供应链管理操作层面和战略层面综合考虑的现状,提出了一种集成闭环供应链管理各个环节的体系结构,并根据闭环供应链管理的闭环循环特点对生产前、生产中、生产后、再生产前、再生产中、再生产后6个阶段进行了阐述,最后讨论了闭环供应链管理实施战略.

| Abstract: | The conceptual model of closed-loop supply chain was put forward and the connotation and characteristics of closed-loop chain management were analyzed.
