纵向流混合管束换热器试验研究

摘    要:对三种纵向流管壳式换热器进行了试验研究, 结果表明变截面管管束的传热系数比光滑管管束高1.3~2 倍, 但压降也大出0.6~1 倍, 而采用混合管束既可获得高的传热系数, 也可使压降不至过大.通过改变变截面管与光滑管不同数量比例和布置方式, 使之满足对强化传热和限定压降的各种要求.

Abstract:Experimental studies on three types of the longitudinal flow shellandtube exchanger are performed.The results indicate that heat transfer coefficients of the deformed tube bundle are higer 1.32times than plain tube bundle, but pressure drops are also higer 0.61 times .Using mixed tube bundle high heat transfer coefficient can be acquired as well as not too higer pressure drop.Each requirements for to enchance heat transfer and to restrict pressure drop can be satisfied by means of changing number scales arrangement forms for the deformed tube and plain tubes.
