流化床煤气化炉内石灰石固硫的理论分析

摘    要:以流化床煤气化工况为参数,采用热力学数据,对石灰石(白云石)在煤气化过程中的固硫机理进行了分析。结果表明,CaO和CaCO_3均具有固硫能力;适量石灰石的添加,对灰渣及气化效率没有明显影响。

Abstract:In this paper,during coal gasification the mechanism of limestone capturing and removing sulfur in fluidized-bed has been studied by the thermodynamics criterion, using parameters of operating condition in the gasification.The results showed that:CaO and CaCO_3 have the function of desulphurization,FeO and Na_2O in the limestone have the possibility of desulphurization, however,MgO,K_2O and Al_2O_3 haven't desulphrization effect.
