酱油安全性的消费者行为分析

摘    要:通过对酱油产品安全性的消费行为分析,找出现阶段影响消费购买、食用酱油产品的因素,发现消费对酱油产品的安全知识认知的不足,指出政府、行业协会、各级监督部门和企业应通过各种渠道加强对消费的食品安全知识的宣传、教育,从而提高消费的食品安全意识。

Abstract:This paper finds out the factors, which influent consumers' buying and eating soy productions by analyzing consumers behavior towards security of soy productions. It finds out that consumers' identify of security of soy production is not enough, also it points out that government, industry associations, different levels of supervising departments and enterprises should strength the education and propaganda on food production security by kinds of ways, so that it can help to improve consciousness of food security.
