摘    要:马钢一烧竖炉球团系统投产后,通过设备改造和技术创新,包括优化配料方案、增设润磨工艺、探索热工参数,设计新型烘干炉、改造竖炉炉型等,并对生产设备采用计算机系统控制及数据信息自动采集处理,竖炉作业率、利用系数,球团矿产量、合格率,膨润土单耗等多项指标达全国先进水平。

Abstract:A series of technical reformations and innovations such as optimizing ores proportioning, adding damping and grinding proeesse, exploring thermodynamic parameters, devising new drier, improving shaft furnace type, using computer system to realize automatic control and message collection etc. were presented in this paper. As a result, many targets, such as the shaft furnace operative rate and productivity, pellets output and yield, bentonite consumption, have been reached to national record.
