沙蒿籽的油脂、胶质及综合利用研究

对沙蒿籽的油脂、胶质进行了提取分离和纯化研究,沙蒿籽含油脂20%,沙蒿油不饱和脂肪酸含量高达90%以上。通过水浸溶胀机械分离法制备的分离胶得率为17%,而对脱脂粉直接粉碎得到混合胶质得率为70%以上。对比研究了两种胶质的性能特点,进一步提出了对沙蒿籽的综合利用方案。

Study on the Comprehensive Utilization of Artemisia Aphaerocephala Krasch Seed

The study on separation and purification of oil and gum in the Artemisia aphaerocephala kraschen seed is described. The seeds contain 20%oil, and the refined-oil contains large mounts of unsaturated fatty acid, of which only the linoleic acid is more than 90%. The productivity of purified-gum and crude-gum, respectively, is 17%and more than 70%. With the contrast between two kind of gum, the plan of comprehensive utilization for Artemisia aphaerocephala kraschen seed is put forward.
