| 摘 要： | 通过对ＮＰ类表面活性剂进行硫酸化处理并用不同中和剂进行中和，制得一系列ＮＰＳ试样。钭其用于皮革的染色、脱脂等工序，从中筛选出适合皮革染色的匀染渗透剂ＮＰＳ－１和短途脱脂的乳化脱脂剂ＮＰＳ－２。实验证明，ＮＰＳ－１和ＮＰＳ－２除具有渗透匀染或乳化脱脂作用外，还具有溶出皮经间抽作用。另外，ＮＰＳ－１还用于皮革的复鞣和志皮漂白褪色。

| Abstract: | A series of leather auxiliaries based on NPS were prepared by sulphatizing the surfactants from NP system and neutralizing them with different neutralizers. Through the processing tests in leather dyeing, degreasing, etc., NPS-1 and NPS-2 were selected as the level-dyeing penetrator and emulsifying degreasing agent, separately. Results showed they were not only possessed of the properties of penetration, level-dyeing and emulsifying degreasing, but also the actions of dissolving interfibrillar substance. And at the same time NPS-1 may be used for leather retanning and fur bleaching, as well. |
