童装插肩袖结构舒适性分析

摘    要:插肩袖是一种衣身与袖子相连的袖型,因其舒适性比较好,满足儿童的活动需求,因而被广泛应用到童装中。本文首先分析童装插肩袖结构舒适性的影响因素,将这些因素确定为变量,具体包括袖中线倾斜度、袖山高、袖窿深。本文通过控制变量制作三组实验样衣,并参考数位行业专家的主观评价对制作好的样衣进行打分,对评价数据进行比较分析,从而得出童装插肩袖结构舒适性变量的最佳取值。根据最佳取值可设计出较为舒适的插肩袖童装,满足儿童体型特征与活动需求。

Abstract:Rotator cuff is a sleeve type where the body is connected to the sleeve.Because of its good comfort,meet the activity needs of children.Therefore,it is widely used in children's clothing.This paper first analyzes the factors affecting the structural comfort of children's wear rotator cuff,identify these factors as variables,specifically including sleeve midline inclination,sleeve hill height,armhole depth.In this paper,three groups of experimental samples were made by controlling variables,referring to the subjective evaluation of several industry experts to make a score of the sample clothing,then compared and analyzed the evaluation data.The optimal value of structural comfort variable of children's wear rotator cuff was obtained.According to the best value,more comfortable raglan sleeve children's clothes can be designed to meet the needs of children's physical characteristics and activities.
