摘    要:应用型的本科高校在产教融合中的本质是通过产业需求和高校教育的互动关系所形成的一体化。产教融合则是为应用型的本科高校提供了服务导向、资源导向和发展导向,更是为促进教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链的多元化融合进行了有效衔接。并在实现学科专业结构与产业结构、学科专业标准与专业要求、教育机制与市场机制、教学资源与产业资源的深度融合。由此,产教融合背景下“个性化、差异性”产品设计专业实践性教学培养模式才得以提出,从而通过对应用型本科高校中的产学研合作模式、高校人才培养模式以及学科交叉融合三者之间的关系进行深度探究,并结合了艺术教育自身的特点构建科学的应用型高校人才培养模式进行研究,从而推进个性化、差异性协同育人的举措,形成更具有特色的协同育人教学培养模式。

Abstract:The essence of application-oriented undergraduate universities in the integration of industry and education is the integration formed by the interaction between industry demand and university education.The integration of industry and education provides service orientation,resource orientation and development orientation for application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities,and also effectively links up the diversified integration of education chain,talent chain,industrial chain and innovation chain.And realize the deep integration of disciplinary structure and industrial structure,disciplinary standards and professional requirements,educational mechanism and market mechanism,teaching resources and industrial resources.Therefore,the"personalized and differentiated"practical teaching training mode of product design specialty under the background of industry-education integration was put forward,and the relationship among the industry-university-research cooperation mode,talent training mode and interdisciplinary integration in application-oriented colleges and universities was deeply explored.And combined with the characteristics of art education itself to construct a scientific application-oriented college talent training mode for research,so as to promote personalized and differentiated collaborative education measures,forming a more distinctive collaborative education teaching and training mode.
