Abstract:Faced with the problems of complex process and low accuracy of college employment quality evaluation,the college employment quality evaluation system based on factor analysis is designed to improve the evaluation effect of college employment quality.According to the related data of the university employment system database stored in the system database as well as the data management and storage from data service layer,the data acquisition is realized by questionnaire investigation method from the front of the business layer management module,and then the university students’employment quality evaluation is achieved by model of college employment quality evaluation based on factor analysis method,after which,the performance evaluation result feedback would be sent to the users in presentation from the layer of background management module.The experiment results show that the average response time delay of the system is as low as 28ms when responding to the user’s operation instructions,and the response speed is fast.The accuracy rate of systematic college employment quality evaluation is as high as 98%.The system has good stability,and the average interrupt probability is as low as 0.2%.
