摘    要:针对落地铣镗床主轴箱平衡补偿系统故障诊断问题,首先通过主轴箱受力分析,获得滑枕伸出前、后钢丝绳受力变化规律,结合平衡补偿系统液压原理,分析得出钢丝绳前吊点液压平衡缸动作逻辑,为PLC程序逻辑修改提供依据;然后开展滑枕伸出直线度检测试验,得到不同伸出量对应的液压平衡缸电液比例阀控制电压,从而确定PLC程序非线性控制电压;...

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of fault diagnosis of balance compensation system for spindle box of floor type boring and milling machine, firstly, through the force analysis of the spindle box, the force change law of the wire rope before and after the ram extension was obtained.Combining the hydraulic principle of the balance compensation system, the action logic of the hydraulic balance cylinder at the front lifting point was analyzed, which provided useful information for the modification of PLC program.Then, through the ram extension straightness detection experiment, the control voltage of the electro-hydraulic proportional valve of the hydraulic balance cylinder corresponding to different extensions was obtained, so as to determine the non-linear control voltage of the PLC program.Finally, based on the hydraulic principle of the balance compensation system and the compensation logic, the function of the balance compensation system was recovered.Through the straightness accuracy detection experiment of the horizontal movement of the ram, the effectiveness of the fault diagnosis and maintenance method of the spindle box balance compensation system proposed was verified.The experimental results show that the straightness accuracy of the horizontal movement of the ram after repair meets the requirements of relevant standards, the function of the balance compensation system is normal, and the tension force of the wire rope at the front and rear lifting points changes smoothly.
