摘    要:介绍了PCB基板玻璃表面缺陷检测设备PLC控制系统的硬件结构、软件设计和通信.该系统以三菱FX3U系列PLC为下位机,通过串口实现与工控机的通信,通信协议为用户自定义协议.根据PCB基板玻璃表面缺陷检测设备的工作原理及工作流程,进行了控制系统硬件设计和端口分配、软件编程、通信协议编写及通信连接,实现了设备的各项控制功能...

Abstract:The hardware structure,software design and communication of PLC control system for PCB substrate glass surface defect detection equipment were introduced.This system takes Mitsubishi FX3 U series PLC as the lower computer,realizes the communication with industrial control computer through serial port,and the communication protocol is the user-defined protocol.According to the working principle and working process of PCB substrate glass surface defect detection equipment,the hardware design,port allocation,software programming,communication protocol writing and communication connection of the control system were carried out,and various control functions of the equipment were realized.It has the characteristics of high efficiency and reliability,automatic operation and low requirement on manpower.The system has been used in the field test of PCB substrate glass surface defect detection equipment and achieved good result of detecting efficiency 70 s/slice.
