基于锆-铝-钛配合鞣剂的鞣制及复鞣填充工艺研究

摘    要:本文研究了基于锆-铝-钛配合鞣剂的黄牛鞋面革鞣制工艺,以白湿革收缩温度和鞣制废液COD作为评价项目,综合考察了鞣制初始pH值,鞣制时间,鞣剂用量三者之间的最佳组合方案,得到了最佳鞣制工艺,即鞣制初始pH值为2.3~2.5,鞣制过夜,鞣剂用量为28%,制成的白湿革收缩温度为83.5℃,鞣制废液COD为2850 mg/L,而且白湿革具有优良的耐水洗、耐储存性能。进一步研究了基于锆-铝-钛配合鞣白湿革的配套复鞣填充工艺,以坯革收缩温度、增厚率、柔软度、撕裂力为评价项目,确定了复鞣填充材料的最佳配伍方案及复鞣液比、复鞣温度,以期能够为制革生产实践提供参考依据。

Abstract:In this paper,the tanning process of cattle shoe upper leather based on Zr-Al-Ti complex tanning agent was studied.The shrinkage temperature of wet white and COD of tanning waste liquid were taken as the evaluation items,in which these factors were comprehensively investigated,including initial pH value of tanning,tanning time and amount of tanning agent.The optimum tanning technology was that the initial pH value of tanning was 2.3~2.5,tanning overnight,and the amount of tanning agent was 28%.The results were indicated that the shrinkage temperature of wet white was 83.5℃,the COD of tanning waste liquid was 2850 mg/L,and the wet white had excellent washability and storage resistance.Furthermore,the matching retanning and filling processes of wet white based on Zr-Al-Ti complex was studied.The shrinkage temperature,thickening rate,softness and tearing load of crust were taken as the evaluation items,in which the optimum compatibility scheme of retanning and filling materials,retanning solution ratio and retanning temperature were determined in order to provide reference basis for leather production practice.
