摘    要:针对大型汽车内分型保险杠存在的熔接痕严重影响塑件的力学强度等问题,分析了熔接痕产生的原理及对塑件的影响,提出了有效解决熔接痕的方法.设计了同时浇注系统与顺序浇注系统,并运用MoldFlow系统进行了注射工艺对比试验.对CAE各项主要试验数据进行了深入的分析,分析表明顺序浇注系统对熔接痕的消除有比较明显的效果.

Abstract:The cause of weldline and impact on plastic parts were analysed against the effect of largescale inner automobile bumper weldline on the product strength.The method of solving weldline was proposed.The simultaneous runner system and sequence injection system were designed and contrast test of injection process was carried out.The analysis on CAE experimental data was carried out.It was discovered that the sequence injection can eliminate weldline effectively.
