| 摘 要： | 利用刀具半径补偿功能进行产品尺寸精度控制是数控铣床上常见的尺寸质量控制方法,通过对MasterCAM 2018软件中多种刀具半径补偿方式的对比研究,找出了MasterCAM刀具半径补偿补偿方式的特点及适用场合,对提高产品质量控制及生产效率具有重要意义.

| Abstract: | Using the tool radius compensation function to control the product size accuracy is a common size quality control method on CNC milling machine, through the comparison of a variety of tool radius compensation methods in MasterCAM 2018 software, find out the characteristics and application of MasterCAM tool radius compensation compensation method.It is of great significance to improve product quality control and production efficiency. |
