| Abstract: | Through the full understanding to civil air-defense construction protection function in peace-war transformation, this paper proposed the measures of peace-war transformation protection function, and summarized the problems should pay attention on of civil air-defense construction protection function in peace-war transformation process, to ensure the smooth transformation of protection function, achieved the protection purpose. |
