| Abstract: | Through analyzing the development background of construction labor, the paper points out the significance of the settlement and pay- ment of labor subcontract. Combining with relevant management methods, it points out common risks and preventive measures of settlement and payment of labor subcontract, with a view to promote healthy development of construction filed labor business. |
