| 摘 要： | 从山西省商品混凝土企业生产管理的不足现状和混凝土原材料资源匮乏的实际出发,提出了混凝土企业生产立体控制管理的新途径,同时重点强调了混凝土生产人性化服务全过程的思路,以期提高山西地区商品混凝土企业生产管理水平。

| Abstract: | To begin with Shanxi commercial concrete enterprise production management shortcomings and concrete raw material shortage,the paper puts forward new concrete enterprise production management method,simultaneously emphasizes humanization service concept in concrete production,with a view to improve Shanxi commercial concrete enterprise production management level. |
