| 摘 要： | 针对目前山西居住环境现状,分析了导致既有建筑严重不符合现行节能标准的原因,具体阐述了建造绿色建筑的方法及要点,包括新建建筑物的规划设计和既有建筑物的改造两方面内容,以实现节能,减排,创造绿色住宅小区。

| Abstract: | In view of current Shanxi living environment status, the article analyzes causes of existing building not complying with current building energy saving criteria, and specifically describes green building construction methods and points including new building planning and design and existing building transformation, with a view to realize energy-saving reduce-discharge and emission create green community. |
