| Abstract: | Through the collation and analysis on residential engineering quality complaints problems, this paper summed up the complaint phenomenon and forms of residential engineering quality, and discussed how to ensure the residential engineering quality from design, construction, supervision and other aspects, in order to overcome residential quality defects, reduce residential quality complaints. |
