| 摘 要： | 本文从对比高斯激光束与单色平面波相干场的角度导出了激光干涉测长中相干场附加位相差的一般表达式。从这一导出过程可以清楚地看出高斯束相干场附加位相差的成因及其物理意义。本文还从理论上旁证了准直系统对于激光精密测长的重要性。

| Abstract: | In this paper, a general expressicn of an extra please difference of a coherent field in the laser interferometric length measurement in derived from comparing a coherent field of Gaussoan laser beams with ene of monochromatic plane wave, From the derivation, cause and physical significance of the extra phase difference of the coherent field of Gaussian beams can clearly be seen. In the paper, a collimating system that is of great importance to the precise laser interferometric length measurement is also theoretically proved. |
