Abstract:Chinese Water Conservancy and Hydropower No.6 Engineering Bureau completed all power-house construction in only 28 months before the power generation by the first generating set when the company contracted to build the civil works of Huang River Wanjiazhai Project power plant and its auxiliary machinery engineering.The cost control was carried out for power-house from initial bidding to winning the tender and completion check during the whole process.The bureau organized carefully the construction at difficult conditions through drawing up the principle,standard and measure of cost control to guarantee and realize the contract purpose,which the main plant was completed according to the plan on time.The project gained the expected results and created a new record for fast construction of hydropower project power-house.
