民用低压容器筒体加工工艺和复合模具的设计

摘    要:民用低压容器筒体传统工艺过程是在不同加工工位将拉伸、切边和扩口工序,两道工序之间需要进行工件的装夹、定位、传送和拆卸,大大增加了加工的辅助时间,降低了生产效率,增加生产成本。设计并优化设计冲压加工工艺,将拉伸、切边、扩口三道工序合并为一道复合工序,设计并制造了复合模具,生产实践证明:该复合模具生产效率高,操作简便,降低加工成本,提高经济效益,还易于实现自动化。

Abstract:The conditional process of the barrel of civil low-pressure vessel includes three production processes,namely drawing、piercing and trimming,and between two production processes,the clamping、positioning、transferring and removing of work piece are needed,which increase the auxiliary processing time greatly,reduce the production efficiency and increase the production cost.In this paper,the stamping process was designed optimally,the three production processes were combined into a composite process,and a compound die was designed and made.The production practice proved:by using this compound die,the production efficiency was increased,the operation was simplified,the processing cost was lowed,and the economic effect was raised.And,it was easy to realize automation.
