摘    要:针对离散制造企业生产现场质量管理高效和规范化的需求,研究了基于条码的生产现场质量管理方法.在分析生产现场质量管理的业务需求之后,给出了基础物料资源、零部件和业务单据等生产资源的编码方案.提出了基于条码的面向批量和单件管理的质量数据采集方案;并对基于条码的质量问题批次追踪和生产过程质量问题溯源方案展开研究;最后,设计开发了生产现场质量管理原型系统QQ—MIMS,并在航天某制造企业进行了初步应用.

Abstract:To realize the efficient and standardized re- quirements for quality management in manufacturing process, the quality management based on bar code is stud- ied. After analyzing the business requirements of the quality management in manufacturing, a coding plan for basic manu- facturing resources, part items and business forms is dis- cussed. And the data collection proposal applying to batch and single piece production mode in manufacturing process based on bar code are proposed. In the following a solution of quality tracking and quality problems tracing of the pro- duction process is studied. Finally a prototype system (QQ --MIMS) for quality management in manufacturing process is developed and the effectiveness of the system is validated in one manufacturing factory in China aerospace industry.
