基于ANSYS的电主轴热结构耦合分析

摘    要:以高速电主轴为研究对象,利用Solidworks建立主轴的三维实体模型,采用有限元法对电主轴进行结构分析,将ANSYS的热分析结果作为初始载荷,外加结构载荷,对电主轴进行了热结构耦合,获得了电主轴的应力应变分布云图和主轴的最大变形量,为该型电主轴的优化提供了理论依据.

Abstract:Taking the high speed motorized spindle as the research object, 3 d entity model of the spindle is estab- lished by using solidworks, and structural analysis of the spindle is done by using the finite element method. Puting the thermal analysis results being down by ANSYS as the in- itial load, plusing structural loads on the motorized spindle, thermal structural coupling analysis is established, and the motorized spindle's stress and strain distributing nephogram and maximum deformation of the motorized spindle are ob- tained. The results provide theoretical basis for optimization of the motorized spindle.
