活性盐藻细胞计数法的研究

摘    要:研究了盐藻细胞在存活的情况下用血细胞计数法对其进行计数,通过加入几种不同浓度的羧甲基纤维素钠的计数比较,找出了血细胞计数法计数藻细胞的最佳羧甲基纤维素钠加入浓度;计数后继续加入培养液培养,发现藻细胞生长良好,未发现异常。

Abstract:Haemacytometry for the Living Cells of Salina Algae is researched.The optimal concentration of carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC) in haemacytometry is found by adding different concentration of CMC in the culture solution.The algae cells grow well after counting dunaliella salina algae and adding culture solution.
