宝山难选铅锌矿浮选新工艺研究与展望

摘    要:阐述了宝山西部难选铅锌矿石(混合矿)的物质组成特征;介绍了在“八五”和“九五”期间,宝山矿同多家科研机构对其进行浮选新工艺研究所取得的进展:采用阶段磨选,添加适当调整剂,实现矿石中甚难分离那部分硫化物和氧化矿物混合浮选的四产品工艺流程方案,可以取得较好的技术经济指标。文中对新工艺应用前景进行了简要分析与展望。

Abstract:This paper relates to the charactor of composed substance on a unworkable Lead-Zinc ore exploited in the west part of Baoshan. It introduces the researching progress in the new flotation technology for this type of ore obtained by Baoshan Pb-Zn-Ag Mine in cooperating with many domestic scientific research units during the eighth five-year and the ninth five-year plans for the national economy of PRC. The new technology includes adopting grinding and flotation by stage, adding suitable regulator, achieving simultaneous recovery on the difficult-Saparating extremely parts of Pb-Zn sulphide and oxidised minerial in ores it's four-product foltation circuit and may gain satisfactorier techno-economic index. The appied foregrounds of the above new technology is briefly analysed and forecasted.
