一步法椰油胺应用于反浮选生产的研究

为了扩大鞍钢烧结总厂反浮选工艺所用药剂的来源，保障和稳定生产，用一步法新工艺生产的椰油胺与现场所用大连生产的椰油胺进行了反浮选小型和工业对比试验。结果表明，一步法椰油胺可替代大连椰油胺用于生产。

Study on the Application of Coconut Oil Amide Produced by One step Method in Reverse Flotation Production

To broaden the source of the reagents used in the reverse flotation of the General Sintering Plant of Anshan Iron and Steel Co.and to guarantee and stabilize the production,the small scale and commercial tests were made on the comparison of the coconut oil amide produced by the new technology of one step and that produced in Dalian and currently used in production.The test results have shown that the coconut oil amide produced by one step method can be used in production in replace of Dalian coconut oil amide.
