| 摘 要： | 21世纪被认为是基因工程的世纪，而结构和功能蛋白的表达是基因工程的重要内容。本文简要概述了重组蛋白表达系统即原核细胞表达系统、真核细胞表达系统和无细胞表达系统的特点和优缺点，以及重组蛋白表达系统在水产养殖中的应用概况。

| Abstract: | The 2V century is considered to be the century of genetic engineering, while the expression of structure and functional proteins is main content of genetic engineering. This paper briefly outlined characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of recombinant protein expression system, such as prokaryotic expression system, eukaryotic cell expression system and cell-free expression system. Then, authors further discussed the applications of recombinant protein expression system in aquaculture. |
