摘    要:针对感潮河网城市地区产汇流特性,考虑河道排涝和管道排水的相互影响,采用SWMM模型对某研究区域内管渠系统进行概化。利用无因次潮位单位线法确定该区域沿江潮位过程,将区域防洪计算结果作为外河水位计算边界条件,输入经过同频率缩放的短历时设计暴雨过程,模拟计算了城市排水防涝过程。结果表明,水闸工程可有效控制各防洪分区的水位,河网水面率对防洪高水位具有一定的调节作用,管道排水和地面积水会因河道初始水位过高而受到影响。

Abstract:For the runoff characteristics of urban tidal river network area and considering the influence of river drainage and drainage pipe, SWMM model is used to generalize the pipe drainage system of the study area. Unit hydrograph method of dimensionless tide level is used to determine the tide level process of the area along the Yangtze River. Taking calculation result of regional flood control as computing boundary conditions of the outer river and inputting short duration rainstorm process through the design of same frequency scaling, this paper simulated and calculated the urban drainage and water log control process. The results show that the sluice engineering can control the flood control water level of the partition effectively; flood control water level may be adjusted by the rate of river water in some certain and the high initial water level of the river has impact on the pipe drainage and impounded surface water.
