Li~+、La~(3+)掺杂对尖晶石LiMn_2O_4的电化学性能影响

摘    要:采用固相法制备了尖晶石LiMn_2O_4,将Li~+和La~(3+)复合掺入到主尖晶石相LiMn_2O_4中,研究了不同掺锂量和不同掺镧量对材料电化学性能的影响.利用XRD和SEM等对材料的物理性能进行了检测,结果表明掺杂锂、镧的材料具有尖晶石相,颗粒尺寸为7~8 μm.电性能测试结果显示材料具有良好的电化学性能.

Abstract:Spinel LiMn_2O_4 was synthesized by solid phase method. Li~+ and La~(3+) were doped into main spinel phase LiMn_2O_4 and the influence of different Li-doping contents and La-doping contents on electrochemical performance of the material was studied. Physical performance of the material was tested by XRD and SEM and the results showed that the material doped with Li and La had spinel structure and the grain size was 7~8 μm. The results from electrical performance test showed that the material had good electrochemical performance.
