低温耐油橡胶的研究进展

摘    要:综述了低温耐油橡胶的研究进展,研究主要集中在对硅橡胶、氟橡胶、丁腈橡胶和氯醚橡胶等胶种进行化学改性和物理共混,改善橡胶的性能达到橡胶制品的性能要求。通过化学改性后得到的氟硅橡胶、氟醚橡胶、氟化磷腈橡胶、氢化丁腈橡胶、共聚氯醚橡胶等兼具良好的耐油和耐寒性能。此外,通过不同胶种的并用,可起到取长补短的作用,并选择合适的配合体系,也可满足一定制品的要求。

Abstract:The studies of cold and oil resistant rubber were reviewed. The studies focus on Silicone Rubber.Fluorine rubber.Nitrile rubber.Chlorohydrin rubber and so on. The comprehensive properties of cold or oil resistant were improved by modificating and blending. Rubbers after chemical modification have balancing cold and oil resistant properties including Fluorosilicone rubber, Fluoroether rubber,Phosphorus-nitrile rubber, Hydrogenated nitrile rubber, Epichlorodrin-ethylene oxide copolymer. Moreover,the comprehensive properties can be satisfied by means of different rubbers blended and fit system selected.
