加工工艺对聚乙烯/乙炔炭黑复合材料中炭黑分散性的影响

摘    要:采用表面电阻的统计分析、力学性能测试及扫描电镜分析等手段研究了不同工艺方法和工艺条件对聚乙烯/乙炔炭黑复合材料中炭黑分散性的影响。结果表明:与开炼工艺相比,通过密炼工艺制得的试样中炭黑的分散性更好;采用密炼工艺,转速为30 r/min,密炼5 min后出料,裁成小块投入混炼室再密炼5 min,制得的试样中炭黑的分散性最好;高转速、长时间的密炼工艺对炭黑聚集体结构有一定程度的破坏。

Abstract:Based on statistical analysis of surface resistance,mechanical properties testing,and observation of scanning electron microscopy(SEM),the effect of processing parameters on the dispersion of carbon black in low density polyethylene was studied.It showed that the surface resistance of the samples made by internal mixing was lower than that of by open mixing.In the internal mixing technology,the materials were first mixed for 5 mins at 30 r/min,cutting the materials into small pieces,which were further mixed...
